Job Description
The Associate Technical Director - Electrical will define and implement technical strategies for building services, manage end-to-end technical delivery of building services projects, drive adoption of cutting-edge technologies and sustainable practices, and ensure compliance with regulatory codes and safety standards.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in building services engineering (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection)
- Proven project team and Project management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of sustainability standards and best practices
- Proficiency in Electrical design softwares (Dialux, Dialxu EVO, Amtech, Hevacomp) and project management tools
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
