The BIM Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating Building Information Modelling (BIM) processes and digital delivery across design and construction teams.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Building Design, Drafting, Discipline Engineering, or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a BIM role, including delivery on large or multidisciplinary projects
- Strong proficiency in BIM tools such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Revizto or ACC
- Solid understanding of BIM processes and standards (e.g. ISO 19650)
- Experience in model coordination and digital delivery workflows
- Familiar with ISO 19650 or equivalent BIM standards
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and prioritise across multiple projects
- High attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
