Job Description
As a BIM Technician - Mechanical, you will provide CAD/BIM support to engineering projects, producing BIM models and detailed engineering designs and construction drawings. You will work as part of our Services Team and report to CAD/BIM Manager.
Requirements
- Prepare MEP 3D Revit Model in LOD-350/400
- Coordinate models with other MEP services, Architectural and Structural model.
- Clash detection and clash resolution
- Create Parametric Revit Families.
- Provide specialist support to design teams preparing analysis and design models
- Support design teams and bid teams with the creation of 3D visualisations
- Support design teams and bid teams with creation of 4D models / visualisations
- Prepare quantities for use in BoQs from the 3D model.
