Civil Engineer, Water & Wastewater

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering from a recognised institution, with E.I.T. or P.Eng. registration in Manitoba (or eligibility)
• 5–8 years’ hands-on experience designing municipal water and wastewater infrastructure
• Proficiency in Manitoba/Canadian design standards, codes, and approval processes
• Skilled in hydraulic evaluations, feasibility studies, design reports, construction drawings, and specifications
• Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D and related design software
• Experience preparing detailed tender packages and supporting office and field-related construction services
