Civil Engineering Intern- Summer 2026

WSP USA is seeking a Civil Engineering Intern to work out of their Baltimore, MD office. This internship will be part of the WSP Summer Internship Program and will last for 12 weeks starting on May 18th, 2026.

Requirements

• Actively enrolled in an accredited Bachelor of Science or related, Undergraduate program
• Must be 18 or older
• Demonstrated interest in Civil Engineering, or related field
• Competent interpersonal and communication skills
• Capable of taking direction from leadership, mentors, and managers
• Basic proficiency with technical writing, office automation, software, spreadsheets, technology, and tools
• Proven track record of upholding workplace safety
• Authorization to work in the United States at the start of the internship
