Climate Risk and Resilience Consultant will lead the realization of cutting-edge projects on climate risks and resilience for public and private clients, manage multiple mandates simultaneously, and contribute to environmental consulting services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, environmental sciences, or a related field
- 7 years and more of experience in service delivery within multidisciplinary teams
- 5 years and more in climate change and resilience
- Professional designation (RPP, ing., PMP, etc.) â an asset
- Strong understanding of climate risk evaluation protocols and standards, as well as relevant climate data
- Excellent facilitation, risk analysis, and adaptation measure design skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, client relationships, budgets, and deadlines
- Experience in digital solutions (interactive dashboards, scenario tools, automation)
- Curiosity, autonomy, collaboration, and ability to evolve in a dynamic environment
- Bilingualism is required as the ideal candidate will collaborate with teams across Canada
