WSP is looking for a Full-Time Consultant - Fire and Life Safety Engineer in Columbia, MD. The role involves providing technical assistance and guidance for fire and life safety systems on building projects. Responsibilities include research, design, planning, installation, and maintenance of fire and life safety systems, as well as interpretation of building code and life safety requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Fire Protection Engineering or related engineering degree
- 3 to 5 years of relevant post education experience in engineering discipline and prior fire and life safety design experience
- Experience in fire protection engineering design applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
