Job Description
WSP is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to provide support in corporate matters and prepare board and committee meetings. The ideal candidate will have a college diploma in Paralegal Technology, 3-5 years of experience, and be bilingual in French and English.
Requirements
- College diploma (DEC) in Paralegal Technology
- Three to five years of relevant experience as a paralegal
- Bilingual: proficient in both spoken and written French and English
- Strong analytical abilities
- Initiative and autonomy
- Rigor, discipline, and attention to detail
- Professional judgment and the ability to convey credibility
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage priorities
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite (including Visio)
- Ability to learn and become proficient in digital tools
