Job Description
Design Engineer, Municipal Infrastructure role at WSP involves designing municipal and land development infrastructure, preparing analyses and reports, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to create safe, sustainable, and resilient communities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in municipal engineering or land development
- Degree or diploma in Civil or Environmental Engineering
- Eligibility for P.Eng. designation in Nova Scotia
- Strong working knowledge of regional design standards, environmental guidelines, and regulatory processes
- Proven design experience involving water, wastewater, stormwater, and/or roadway systems
- Familiarity with municipal planning and approval frameworks across Atlantic Canada
- Experience collaborating with First Nations or Atlantic-region municipalities (an asset)
