Job Description
WSP is seeking an Early Career Substation Electrical Engineer to support the Power Delivery Columbus Substation Team in New Albany, OH. The candidate will perform detailed design of low to extra-high voltage substations, support QA/QC, and learn client standards and processes.
Requirements
- 0-1 years of relevant post-education experience
- BSEE (BS Electrical Engineering) or BSEET (BS Electrical Engineering Technology) degree from an accredited university with a power option
- Strong knowledge and understanding of electrical engineering
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Legally authorized to work permanently in the U.S. without the need for work sponsorship
- Proven track record of upholding workplace safety
- Occasional travel may be required
