Job Description
We are seeking an Ecology Office Team Leader to join our team in Bristol. As a people-focussed Team Leader, you will be involved in planning workload, career and personal development of the team, resourcing, wellbeing and overseeing technical quality.
Requirements
- An appropriate academic qualification in a related discipline
- Member of the Chartered Institute of Ecology and Environmental Management
- Experience of staff management and a passion for developing and mentoring individuals
- Experience of Ecological Impact Assessment and writing EIA Reports
- Experience of Habitats Regulations Appraisal
- Project management experience with medium to large scale projects
- Proven record of winning work from commercial clients
