Job Description
We are seeking an Environmental Permitting and Approvals Consultant â Mining to join our Mining Environmental Approvals Team. The successful candidate will support and lead environmental approvals for proposed and operating mines in Ontario, and will have a strong understanding of the interrelationships between development and environmental effects. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of related experience in a consulting environment and a demonstrated ability to work as part of a team.
Requirements
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a related discipline
- Five or more years of experience in environmental permitting and approvals
- Experience with the Ontario and Federal regulatory regimes
- Attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Current or future eligibility for P.Geo. or P.Eng.
