WSP is seeking an Environmental Remediation Project Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to health and safety, client-centric mindset, and experience in contaminated site assessments and project management. The role involves managing contaminated downstream sites, creating proposals and cost estimates, organizing schedules, and mentoring junior staff.
Requirements
- University degree or college diploma in engineering or environmental sciences.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in contaminated site assessments and downstream experience is considered an asset with three years of project management experience.
- Sound understanding of the need for health and safety procedures in the workplace/Possess a safety conscious attitude.
- Strong field experience is considered an asset.
- Understanding of the BC Environmental Management Act/Contaminated Sites Regulation.
- Professional designation is preferred.
