Field Engineer/Construction Manager

Requirements

• Manage and address all aspects of construction administration
• Oversee construction oversight, inspection, quality control, material sampling, and quality assurance
• Facilitate decision-making using real-time project data
• Utilize project documentation software systems
• Conduct weekly and monthly look-ahead meetings
• Coordinate, lead, and attend progress meetings
• Function as an intermediary between Contractor and Owner for contentious design-related issues
• Assist the Owner in defense of project claims and negotiations of contract modifications
