Geophysicist

Join WSP as a Geophysicist and work on a variety of exciting geophysical investigations, both on land and over water. You will deliver near-surface geophysical surveys, conduct downhole geophysical logging, and design shallow land-based and marine geophysical surveys using a range of techniques.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (Geophysics or related field)
• Practical experience in at least two of the following: seismic refraction, seismic reflection, MASW, electrical resistivity imaging, ground penetrating radar, borehole televiewers, electromagnetics, magnetometry, microgravity
• Experience applying geophysics in structural geology or geotechnical contexts
• Excellent communication skills and confidence preparing clear, technically sound reports
