Job Description
WSP is seeking a Principal Engineer in Structure, Hydroelectricity and Dams to join their national structure team in Hydroelectricity and Dams in the Energy group, located in one of their Quebec offices. The successful candidate will contribute to major projects that enhance the safety, performance, and resilience of critical infrastructure across Canada.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
- Master's degree (an asset)
- Expert with 15+ years of experience in structure design and hydroelectric or dam construction projects
- Member of the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ)
- Technical acumen, autonomy, initiative, and attention to detail
- Natural ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent written and oral communication; bilingualism required for national projects
- Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) license; availability for occasional travel
