Inspector I

This is an opportunity for an Inspector I to join WSP's Columbia, MD office, working on projects with the CM Team and contributing to the client's objectives and solving their challenges.

Requirements

• Daily site inspections
• Review of construction quantities and verification of installed quantity
• Quality Assurance on installed materials
• Acting as the Owner's agent
• Review of progression of work and reconciliation against construction schedule
