Job description
Join our team in Terrace, British Columbia, as an Electrical Engineer to lead the design and optimization of electrical power distribution and control systems for mining and heavy industrial projects. You will apply electrical engineering expertise from conceptual design to project completion, working with multidisciplinary teams to support seamless project delivery.
Design and optimize electrical power distribution and control systems, prepare and review specifications, conduct power system studies, integrate safety and regulatory compliance, and develop electrical distribution and motor control system designs.
This role requires 5+ years of electrical engineering design experience, a Registered Professional Engineer (P.Eng) in BC, and proficiency in power system modelling software and electrical design tools. You will work collaboratively within a project team environment and have strong writing skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
