Intermediate Mechanical Engineer, Mining/Heavy Industrial

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join our Mechanical Team based in Terrace, British Columbia. In this role, you will contribute to both greenfield and brownfield projects across the industrial and mining sectors, applying mechanical and piping engineering expertise from conceptual design through to completion.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Mechanical or Piping Engineer in industrial/mining design environments.
• Licensed P.Eng in British Columbia.
• Experience designing process piping systems and preparing equipment datasheets and specifications.
• Knowledge of ASME, API, MSS, ASTM, NFPA, and CSA standards.
• Experience with pipe stress analysis (e.g., CAESAR II) is an asset.
• Ability to work safely on industrial sites and comply with all site‐specific safety regulations.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Beneficial exposure to projects in power plants, mines, mills, industrial facilities, infrastructure, or pulp and paper.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites.
• Team‐oriented mindset and ability to work effectively within project teams.
• French language skills are an asset.
