Job Description
We are seeking a Lead P&C Technician Field Services to lead field operations for complex construction, environmental, and infrastructure projects. The successful applicant will have extensive field experience and specialized knowledge to support day-to-day site activities, troubleshoot technical challenges, and uphold quality and safety standards.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 11 years of experience in the electrical testing industry
- Demonstrable expertise on transmission, generation, or distribution relays
- Advanced technical skills related to protective relays
- Proven experience with electrical field testing standards, practices, and procedures
- Expert knowledge of testing electrical distribution, generation, and transmission projects with voltage levels ranging from 15 kV to 500 kV
- Strong understanding of technical software used for testing purposes and data review
- Physical stamina to work in outdoor and physically demanding conditions
