Job Description
As Manager, Land Development & Municipal Engineering in Red Deer, lead a team and deliver solutions that make a lasting difference across Alberta. Drive business development strategies and build strong client relationships. Manage complex projects from concept through construction support.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or Certificate in Engineering Technology
- 15+ years of progressive consulting and/or municipal experience
- 8+ years of proven leadership in managing and mentoring technical teams
- Expertise in transportation, land development, and municipal engineering design and construction
- Strong knowledge of regional municipal clients and markets in Red Deer and surrounding areas
- Demonstrated success in business development, client engagement, and proposal/report writing
