Job Description
WSP is seeking On-Call Emergency Managers – Preparedness to assist on an on-call basis as an emergency management preparedness reservist employee. The successful candidate will have a background in specialized areas and support Emergency Management team in servicing clients preparing for, responding to, and recovering from disasters nationwide and in US territories.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in emergency management or equivalent
- 5+ years of emergency management experience
- Knowledge of the National Incident Management System (NIMS), the Incident Command System (ICS), the National Response Framework (NRF), National Disaster Recovery Framework (NDRF), the Comprehensive Planning Guide 101 (CPG 101) and other federal preparedness guidance documents and policies
- Completion of IS-100, 200, 700 and 800
- FEMA Emergency Management Institute Independent Study - Professional Development Series certification
