Planner/Senior Town Planner (Planning Consultancy)

We are looking to recruit enthusiastic team players with a can-do attitude. The role involves devising planning strategies, preparing planning appraisals and strategies, drafting planning statements, and assisting with project delivery. Ideal candidates should have experience in private sector consultancy and local authority settings, strong communication skills, and a passion to share their knowledge and contribute to the on-going success of our team.

Requirements

• Degree level qualification in town planning
• Postgraduate qualification in a relevant subject
• Chartered status (MRTPI / NIPA)
• Sound knowledge and experience of the UK planning system, gained in either a local authority or private sector setting
• Strong technical and IT skills
• A commercial approach to planning consultancy and development
• Strong organisational and communication skills
