Power Delivery Senior Project Manager

WSP is seeking a Senior Project Manager with experience in transmission and distribution projects. The successful candidate will manage technical and financial aspects of Power Delivery projects, manage and develop client relationships, and market POWER's Power Delivery services to existing and new clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University required-engineering, engineering management, or construction management discipline OR 10+ years of professional experience in the electric power and communications industry
• Minimum of 15 years of applicable industry experience
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant project management experience
• Familiarity with US investor-owned, cooperative, and municipal electric utilities
• Professional Engineering registration or PMP certification, with preference to candidates who hold both
• Relevant experience includes project management and/or lead engineer experience on small- to-medium-scale Transmission and Distribution projects
• Knowledge and experience with project management processes and tools
• Understanding of the planning, design and operation of transmission and distribution systems and facilities
• Proficiency with financial analysis tools in a utility and/or consulting setting
• Experience in project controls
