Job Description
We are looking for a Principal Engineer - Mechanical to join our team in Bengaluru, India. The successful candidate will be responsible for the production of Mechanical Engineering services designs, predominantly for Railway Stations and other Railway Buildings, working individually or as part of a team. The role will involve a senior role in project design work, focused on production and liaison with the WSP India Australian Team and mentoring and coaching junior members of the team.
Requirements
- Proven experience in the HVAC design of Railway Station Building Services
- Significant experience in a similar role or demonstration of a good track record
- Technical skills in heat load calculations, Duct & pipe sizing and pressure drop calculations
- Equipment selection such as Chillers, AHU, FCU, boiler, fans, pumps etc.
- Proficiency in technical softwares, such as IES, HAP, Hevacomp, Camel
- Fluency in English with an excellent understanding of technical terminology
