We are seeking a Principal Engineer- Roads to lead and deliver various resources and UK schemes. The successful candidate will have a comprehensive knowledge of UK highway design and experience in leading teams and managing stakeholders.

Requirements

• Day-to-day project management
• Leading and delivering various resources and UK schemes
• Developing and applying advanced engineering concepts and approaches
• Seeking innovation in the delivery of schemes and techniques used to design them
• Managing processes to ensure technical issues and risks are resolved in a timely and cost-effective manner
• Guiding, supervising and directing all team members in technical and project management matters
• Providing assistance to the discipline head to produce periodic reports
