Job Description
WSP is seeking a Principal Transport/Development Planner to join their Development team in Manchester. The role will involve working on a range of projects, including transport strategies, masterplans, and development proposals. The ideal candidate will have experience in transport planning, project management, and leadership, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to mentor others.
Requirements
- Transport Assessments, Travel Plans, access strategy work, parking strategies, sustainable transport and active travel provision
- Junction capacity modelling software such as Junctions 10 and Linsig
- Project management (e.g. budget planning, resource planning, invoicing)
- Conceptual junction design (priority, roundabout, signals)
- Chartered status in a transport related discipline
