Job Description
Support project teams with administrative duties throughout the project lifecycle, including setting up opportunities, communicating with project teams, and generating project financial reports.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working with consulting engineering project controls or other interface with consulting accounting systems.
- GED or High School Diploma
- MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point and others.
- Working knowledge of cloud-based file sharing platforms such as SharePoint, ShareFile, etc. is an advantage.
- Experience in field/supply logistics and travel bookings.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Deadline oriented, ability to track and meet multiple concurrent deadlines.
