Project Manager (Roads)

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex, multi-disciplinary highways, infrastructure, and public realm schemes across the region. The role represents a significant opportunity for a proven project management professional to lead nationally important schemes, influence strategic client relationships, and play a key role in the growth and performance of one of the UK’s most respected consultancies.

Requirements

• APM PMQ (or equivalent) achieved or in progress; MAPM or chartership is advantageous.
• Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary infrastructure and/or public realm schemes, ideally within highways or transportation.
• Strong understanding of commercial, financial, and contract management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Robust working knowledge of NEC4 contracts, with hands-on experience delivering projects within an NEC environment.
• Competent user of Microsoft 365 and MS Project; experience with Primavera P6 is desirable.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills, with the ability to manage complex stakeholder environments.
• A proactive, solution-focused mindset with the ability to think critically, manage competing priorities, and lead teams to successful outcomes.
