Resident Engineer

Resident Engineer for highway bridge and rail engineering construction projects in Connecticut, responsible for managing construction management teams, monitoring contractor performance, and working with clients and contractors to meet project objectives.

Requirements

• 15+ years' experience in highway, bridge, rail, or other transportation related construction management
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering - preferably Civil engineering
• Connecticut Professional Engineer License or ability to obtain quickly through reciprocity
• Ability to supervise staff, manage construction contractors, and manage project schedules and budgets
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Project management software systems
