We are seeking a Risk Manager to join our Project Controls group in Washington DC. The successful candidate will be responsible for risk management performance on assigned projects, programs, and portfolios, and will develop effective risk management frameworks and strategies.
Requirements
- Act as the risk management subject matter expert on assigned projects
- Develop effective risk management frameworks and strategies
- Plan, design, and implement risk management processes
- Facilitate structured discussions and workshops to elicit assumptions and quantify uncertainty
- Develop and maintain project and/or program risk registers
- Conduct quantitative cost and schedule risk analysis
- Analyze economic drivers of project risk
- Prepare economic risk assessments and forecasts
- Advise project leadership on risk-adjusted contingency and schedule reserve ranges
- Prepare project and/or program risk reports
- Support project teams in developing and implementing response plans
- Provide training to junior risk managers and other staff
