Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (required); Civil, Geotechnical or similar; postgraduate qualifications highly regarded.
- 10+ years' experience across civil, environmental, or geotechnical engineering.
- Technical expertise in subsurface environmental risk management, geosynthetics, earthworks and embankments
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex project scopes, variations, and delivery outcomes.
- Strong project management skills with a commitment to innovation, quality, and timely delivery.
- Exceptional communication skills, with experience presenting complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated capability in business development and building strong client partnerships.
- High-level safety leadership and experience applying safety-in-design principles.
- Experience mentoring and developing early-career engineers and promoting cross-team knowledge sharing.
- Advanced Digital Engineering/BIM capability (highly valued).
- Current unrestricted Australian driver's license.
