Senior Associate Geo-Environmental Engineer

Join WSP's nationally recognised Geo-environmental team and take a leading role in delivering complex subsurface and earth-structure solutions across major infrastructure, mining, waste, and environmental projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (required); Civil, Geotechnical or similar; postgraduate qualifications highly regarded.
• 10+ years' experience across civil, environmental, or geotechnical engineering.
• Technical expertise in subsurface environmental risk management, geosynthetics, earthworks and embankments
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex project scopes, variations, and delivery outcomes.
• Strong project management skills with a commitment to innovation, quality, and timely delivery.
• Exceptional communication skills, with experience presenting complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated capability in business development and building strong client partnerships.
• High-level safety leadership and experience applying safety-in-design principles.
• Experience mentoring and developing early-career engineers and promoting cross-team knowledge sharing.
• Advanced Digital Engineering/BIM capability (highly valued).
• Current unrestricted Australian driver's license.
