- Bachelor to Masters' level degree in Civil Engineering
- Chartered status with Engineers Australia (desirable)
- Excellent expertise in civil engineering and design documentation
- Solid industry experience on Australian civil engineering projects
- High level of expertise in delivering multiple, concurrent projects
- Sound client facing and account/relationship management skills
- Excellent project management skills
- Adept in cross-discipline project delivery
