Job Description
WSP is seeking an experienced Ecologist or Senior Ecologist to join their Newcastle or Sydney teams. The successful candidate will work on multi-disciplinary projects, conducting fieldwork and preparing environmental reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental or Natural Science discipline
- Previous consulting/advisory experience in ecological assessments in NSW
- Field experience in flora surveys, ecological monitoring, and fauna surveys
- Knowledge of vegetation and biodiversity legislation and policy
- Experience with GIS, field mapping, and spatial datasets
- Passion for ecology, conservation, biodiversity, and natural resources management
