Act in a Senior-Level Mechanical Engineer capacity to produce engineering related project deliverables involved in Power Generation projects in the US. Design mechanical piping and equipment, evaluate and select engineering techniques, perform high-complexity engineering designs, and develop P&IDs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or closely related discipline.
- 7+ years of experience in mechanical design for industrial facilities
- Professional Engineering registration in at least one US State
- Working knowledge of Microstation or Auto CAD
- Working knowledge of Smart Plant 3D or CADworx
- Experience using Caesar II or AutoPipe
- Experience using Thermoflow
- Strong command of the English language with good written and oral communication skills
- Team player with the ability to work independently to meet deadlines, goals, and objectives
- Proven track record of upholding workplace safety
- Ability to work schedules conducive to project-specific requirements that may extend beyond the typical workweek
- Occasional travel may be required depending on project-specific requirements
