Job Description
As a Senior Engineer - Roads & Highways at WSP, you will lead the development of detailed highway designs, drawings, and technical reports, provide technical oversight to junior engineers and technicians, and contribute to technical governance across the Roads & Highways portfolio.
Requirements
- Technical Delivery: Lead the development of detailed highway designs, drawings, and technical reports in accordance with ME standards and client specifications.
- Project Coordination: Work closely with ME project managers and technical leads to align design outputs with project goals and timelines.
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure adherence to WSP's Business Management System, including Health & Safety, Quality Assurance, and Information Security protocols.
- Collaboration & Communication: Act as a key technical interface between GCC India and ME Roads & Highways teams.
- Team Development: Mentor junior staff and support their progression toward professional accreditation.
