Senior Executive Assistant to President & MD, UK&I, acting as an extension of the President, owning the flow of information, priorities, and decisions, and optimising leadership effectiveness.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in a senior EA / Executive Assistant role supporting C-suite leaders
• Strong business judgement with the ability to prioritise, challenge, and act independently
• Excellent communication skills with confidence engaging senior stakeholders
• Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Discreet, trustworthy, and able to handle sensitive information
• Experience in professional services, consultancy, or a similar environment is desirable
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with confidence using digital tools to improve productivity
