Job Description
We are seeking a Senior P&C Field Services Technician to perform complex technical support and lead day-to-day technical activities on site. The successful candidate will have deep knowledge of field procedures, safety standards, and regulatory requirements, and will be part of a growing organization that is solving problems and supporting client needs in electrical testing and commissioning.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 9 years of experience in the electrical testing industry
- Demonstrable expertise on transmission, generation, or distribution relays
- Proven technical skills related to protective relays
- Proven experience with electrical field testing standards, practices, and procedures
- Strong understanding of technical software for testing purposes and data review
- Demonstrable ability to identify and respond to field challenges and equipment malfunctions
- Proficient in preparing field logs, sketches, and digital reports
- Physical stamina to work in outdoor and physically demanding conditions
