Senior/Principal Bridge Engineer

Senior/Principal Bridge Engineer to lead and review bridge design, strengthen and repair, inspections and assessments. Work on landmark projects and contribute to the development of others.

Requirements

• Professional qualification and membership with the Institution of Civil Engineers or Institution of Structural Engineers
• Practical knowledge and experience of bridge design, maintenance and assessment
• Understanding and experience of Eurocodes and/ or sector-specific codes and standards
• Experience of finite element analysis software and parametric design techniques
• Commercial awareness and experience of managing costs
• Good report-writing skills
• Experience of leading teams
• Good communication, client handling and interpersonal skills
