Job Description
The Senior Technical Director, Structural Engineering will provide regional and/or multi-sector leadership to ensure structural engineering subject matter, technical deliverables, building and infrastructure projects and programs are delivered with a level of quality that meets or exceeds acceptable industry standards.
Requirements
- Provide regional and/or multi-sector leadership to ensure structural engineering subject matter, technical deliverables, building and infrastructure projects and programs are delivered with a level of quality that meets or exceeds acceptable industry standards
- Lead the most complex and largest scale structural engineering projects within the engineering discipline
- Responsible for the pursuit and development of business and the successful execution of work for current and potential building and infrastructure work within a geography specifically for the large projects within the area
- Drive the overall long-term strategy, growth, and pipeline development of Structural Engineering work for WSP in assigned area of responsibility
- Accountable for the profitable performance of the individual projects and the successful completion of the projects within the specified area
