Senior Water & Wastewater Process Engineer/Project Manager

WSP is seeking a Senior Water & Wastewater Process Engineer/Project Manager to lead multi-disciplinary engineering projects and deliver innovative designs for municipal water and wastewater systems. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of technical expertise in water/wastewater treatment design and project delivery, with a Bachelor's degree in civil, environmental, or mechanical engineering. The role is based in Winnipeg, MB, with remote work options considered.

Requirements

• 10+ years of technical expertise in water/wastewater treatment design and project delivery
• Bachelor's degree in civil, environmental, or mechanical engineering; Master's degree is an asset
• Professional Engineer designation or eligibility with Engineers Geoscientists Manitoba (EGM)
• Proven ability to lead projects independently and manage complex, multi-disciplinary teams
• Experience in business development and client relationship building
• Strong knowledge of permitting processes, contract administration, and commissioning practices
• Valid driver's licence and readiness to travel as needed
