Speculative Development/Transport Planners North

We are seeking Transport Planners/Development Planners to join our Development team across the North. The role involves working on projects from commercial, retail, and residential through to developing transport strategies and supporting clients through the planning process.

Requirements

• Experience of leading the technical work on Transport Assessments, Travel Plans, access strategy work, parking strategies, sustainable transport and active travel provision
• Expertise in preparing traffic flow information for use in a Transport Assessment and/or Environmental Statement
• Experience of project management on small to medium scale projects
• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to lead discussions with Clients, members of our project teams, co-professionals and other project stakeholders
