Job Description
As a Structural Engineer at WSP, you will lead work across the design, delivery, and tender phases for multi-year/packaged work on turnkey projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery while managing stakeholder relationships and providing technical guidance to the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor to Masters' level degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
- 5-8 years of industry experience in building projects in commercial, retail, defence, health, or education sectors
- Solid proficiency in all-round structural engineering design including post-tensioned concrete
- Ability to lead, train, and mentor junior engineers
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
