Team Leader - Environmental Approvals

Join WSP's Environmental Approvals team as our new Team Leader, helping guide and grow a high‐performing group that shapes some of Victoria’s most significant transport, water, energy and property projects.

Requirements

• Lead, support and deliver environmental assessment and planning projects (EES, EIS, land‐use planning and other statutory approvals).
• Mentor, coach and grow team members, driving capability uplift across the Environmental Approvals practice.
• Strengthen client relationships and collaborate with internal partners across the business.
• Provide planning and approvals inputs to major infrastructure projects across:
• Work with Commonwealth, State and Local Government agencies, as well as major private‐sector clients including Tier 1 developers.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary specialists—ecologists, acousticians, contamination, engineering, design and engagement—ensuring cohesive project outcomes.
