Job Description
The visual designer role delivers content through thoughtful, high-quality visual design across documents, digital content, and integrated communication initiatives. Work draws on a range of visual approaches, including typography, photography, illustration, infographics, and motion or video, to create clear, engaging, and on-brand visual storytelling across channels, formats, and audiences.
Requirements
- Create visual assets across print, digital, and interactive formats that support communications, campaigns, and brand initiatives.
- Design, build and update advanced Word and PowerPoint templates aligned to Templafy requirements
- Apply brand guidelines and design standards to keep work consistent, polished, and on-brand.
- Work closely with project managers and multidisciplinary teams to refine designs, incorporate feedback, and move work forward smoothly.
- Contribute ideas and visual solutions that complement written content and strengthen storytelling.
- Support quality and consistency throughout the design process, with attention to detail, usability, and accessibility.
