Requirements

• Many years of professional experience in installation, as a consultant, entrepreneur, project leader, or other position in the industry
• Good understanding of the industry and consulting business
• Engineering degree in a relevant field (preferably)
• Good knowledge of Swedish language and English
• Structured and clear communication skills
• Inspiration by others' successes and leadership skills
