The Assistant Director of Student Recruitment is responsible for developing, directing, and managing student recruitment strategies and activities for all undergraduate majors in the College of Arts & Sciences. The role works in consultation with the CAS Associate Dean for Undergraduate Studies, CAS Director of Academic Advising, and CAS chairs and directors.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree and three (3) years of professional work experience in student services or related education/experience
- Experience leading or directing the work of others
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ZOOM
- Previous experience working in customer service
- Strong ability to organize and clearly communicate ideas, both verbally and in writing
