Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Actuarial & Analytics Lead to join our Health & Benefits team, driving data-driven insights, actuarial modeling, and strategic analytics to support client decision-making and optimize benefits programs.
Requirements
- Lead actuarial and analytic projects across health and benefits portfolios
- Develop, validate, and maintain actuarial models to forecast costs, utilization, and risk exposure
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients on plan design, pricing, and risk management
- Oversee data analysis, reporting, and visualization to support evidence-based decision-making
- Drive innovation by leveraging advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and emerging technologies
