Job Description
APAC Communications & Knowledge Enablement Specialist will own APAC wellbeing communications, plan and deliver a monthly wellness newsletter and related campaigns, and maintain enablement assets to ensure consistent execution and quality across the region.
Requirements
- Deliver/ Manage KPI's and metrics in line with the prescribed targets
- Prioritize and organize work according to business priorities.
- Work with relevant stakeholders for effectively resolving escalations.
- Call-out or identify potential resource issues that can impact client handling
