Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join the WTW Climate Practice as an Associate (Senior Analyst), specializing in physical climate risks and resilience. The successful candidate will join a team of industry-leading experts spanning insurance, science, catastrophe modelling, and engineering, with the aim of providing unrivalled analytical services in climate change, natural hazards, adaptation, and resilience.
Requirements
- Support consulting projects for WTW’s corporate clients in physical climate change risks and natural catastrophes by utilising data, research, problem-solving, and analytical models and tools.
- Manage and lead analytical tasks and processes associated with our projects (e.g., working with data, modelling portfolios, running models, using climate data, creating dashboards, etc.).
- Present deliverables to internal and external clients.
- Interact with other specialists in actuarial modelling, enterprise risk management, transition risk, insurance, and sustainability.
- Keep up to date with the latest scientific, business, and regulatory developments related to climate change.
- Share knowledge, collaborate, and mentor junior team members.
